The purpose of the Shepherds Conference is to minister to pastors, elders, and lay leaders of the local church and is specifically geared towards men. Because of limited capacity, we ask that no one under 18 register for the conference. Only registered attendees with a conference nametag will be allowed on campus.

Yes, we will notify you with a confirmation email immediately after you have registered. If there are any issues, try completing your registration on a different device or contact us at 818-909-5530 or conferences@gracechurch.org.

Additional details will be emailed in the weeks leading up to the conference. Be sure to add conferences@gracechurch.org to your address book.

If your registration has not been accepted or you encounter a technical problem, contact us at 818-909-5530 or conferences@gracechurch.org. Check your junk/spam folder for confirmation emails before seeking assistance.

Registration will open at 7:00 am and the first session will begin at 9:00 am on Wednesday, March 4, 2026.
The last session will end around 9:00 pm on Friday, March 6, 2026.
A full schedule will be available closer to the conference.

If you are unable to attend the conference, you can cancel your registration for a refund before February 18, 2026. There will not be any refunds issued after February 18, 2026. Please be aware that there is a $50 processing fee for cancellation. To request a refund, email conferences@gracechurch.org. The email must be sent by the person whose name appears on the registration, regardless of who made the payment. Refunds will be made back to the credit card used in the transaction.

Changes to registrations can be accommodated before February 13, 2026. To request changes, email conferences@gracechurch.org The email must be sent by the person whose name appears on the registration.

Once Worship Center capacity is reached, Overflow Registration will open within a few weeks, with seating in livestream areas.

All other conference amenities remain the same.

Continental breakfast and lunch are included in the conference fee. Attendees are responsible for dinner. Food trucks will be available each evening.

Meals offer variety for most dietary restrictions, but you are welcome to bring your own food. We cannot provide refrigeration or storage.

Business casual. March is our rainy season, so bring layers and be prepared for cold or wet weather.

Registered attendees may pick up their complimentary books during the conference at the Bookstore tent.

If you paid for shipping, your books will arrive at the address you provided within ~2 weeks.
